Dubai, Let’s Grill Safe!

Join the largest ever food safety training in the world organized by Dubai Municipality’s on how to safety cook rotisserie grilled chicken. The event will be held from 9 am – 11 am on the 17th of November 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Center

This food safety training is focused on enhancing the food safety knowledge and skills of chefs and PICs working in restaurants, cafeteria and supermarkets that sell grilled chicken.

The training will be provided in Arabic, English, Malayalam, Urdu, and Tagalog and the event will also feature a Guinness World Records attempt!
