Milk Pudding with Barley

Ingredients :
- Milk 2 cup
- Barley 4 tbsp
- Cardamom (Powder) 1 tsp
- Maple Syrup 4 tbsp
- Dates (Chopped) ½ cup

Method:
- Wash your hands and make sure that all food preparation surfaces, containers and utensils are clean.
- In a saucepan boil the barley in the milk on low heat until softened and cooked.
- Wash your hands and make sure that all food preparation surfaces, containers and utensils are clean.
- Add the cardamom powder and maple syrup and stir well.
- Add the chopped dates and stir into the mixture. If the mixture is too thick add more milk and stir.
- Garnish with few almonds for crunch.
- Consume within two hours or properly store in the fridge.
