Spiced Gouda And Barbecue Bites

Ingredients :
- Spiced gouda 500 gm
- Chicken breast (grilled) 500 gm (12 pcs)
- Salad leaves ½ box
- Yogurt 80 ml
- Mustard 4 tbsp
- Black pepper (powder) 1 tsp
- Whole meal bread rolls (mini) 12 pcs
Method:
- Wash your hands and make sure that all food preparation surfaces, containers and utensils are clean.
- In a bowl mix yogurt and mustard with black pepper and set aside
- Make sure to use a separate cutting board when cutting the cheese, salad, grilled chicken breast and bread from the raw chicken breast before grilling.
- Cut bread rolls into half and spread with yogurt mustard mixture on each roll.
- Add the salad leaves and the chicken breast. Place a generous slice of the spiced gouda cheese and top with the other half of the bread roll.
- Consume within two hours and enjoy.
